Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of VideoAI Studio (the "Service"), operated by 7LY Group ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

VideoAI Studio is an AI video generation tool that turns text prompts or scripts into videos using third-party AI models (including Google Veo, Luma, and Runway). Output quality, availability, and generation times depend on those providers and are not guaranteed.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

4. Plans, billing, and credits

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor, LemonSqueezy. Each plan includes a set number of video generations per billing cycle; additional generations may require purchased credits. Prices are shown in US dollars (USD).

You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; your paid features remain active until the end of the current paid period, after which the account reverts to the free plan. Credit purchases are one-time and non-recurring.

5. Refunds

Because generations consume third-party compute, fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at [email protected] and we will review your case in good faith.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that impersonates real people without consent, or to violate the usage policies of the underlying AI providers. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Your content and ownership

You retain rights to the prompts you submit and, subject to these Terms and applicable third-party model terms, to the videos you generate. You are responsible for ensuring your prompts and any uploaded images do not infringe others' rights. You grant us a limited license to process and store your content to operate the Service.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated output may contain errors or unexpected results. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generations will always succeed.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 7LY Group is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above; continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
