Acceptable Use Policy

VideoAI Studio (the “Service”), operated by Sheva L.Y. Group Ltd, is a tool for creating original video content for legitimate personal and business use. This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) defines what you may not do with the Service. It forms part of, and is incorporated into, our Terms of Service. We enforce this policy actively — violating it may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and, where required, reporting to the relevant authorities.

You are responsible for what you create

VideoAI Studio generates video, voiceover, and captions from the inputs and prompts you provide. You — not Sheva L.Y. Group Ltd — decide what to create and how to use it, and you are solely responsible for every video you generate, download, publish, or distribute, including ensuring you hold all necessary rights and consents and that your use complies with all applicable laws and third-party platform policies.

Prohibited: real people, likeness & voice

You may not use the Service to:

  • Create a realistic depiction of a real, identifiable person — their face, likeness, or voice — without that person's explicit, verifiable consent. This includes “deepfakes,” face-swaps, and voice clones.
  • Depict, impersonate, or put words in the mouth of any public figure, politician, celebrity, or government official, or generate content that could be mistaken for a real statement, endorsement, or event.
  • Impersonate any person, business, or organization, or misrepresent your affiliation with one.
  • Create content intended to deceive viewers into believing synthetic media is a genuine, unaltered recording of real events or people.

Prohibited: illegal, harmful & abusive content

You may not use the Service to create, upload, or distribute content that:

  • Sexually exploits or endangers minors in any way. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and will report it to the authorities and preserve evidence as required by law.
  • Is sexually explicit or pornographic, or depicts non-consensual intimate imagery of any person.
  • Promotes, incites, or threatens violence, terrorism, self-harm, or harm against any person or group.
  • Is hateful, harassing, or discriminatory toward people based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or similar protected characteristics.
  • Is defamatory, or infringes the intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights of any third party.
  • Constitutes fraud, phishing, a scam, or a deceptive scheme, or spreads knowingly false information intended to deceive (including election, medical, or financial misinformation).
  • Contains malware, or is used to send spam or engage in coordinated inauthentic behavior.

Regulated & high-risk categories

If you create videos to advertise or promote products or services, you are the advertiser of record and are responsible for their legality and for every claim you make. Some categories — including cryptocurrency and financial products, gambling, adult products, and health, supplement, or weight-loss products — are heavily regulated. If you operate in these areas you represent that you hold every licence and authorization required in each jurisdiction you target, that your offering is genuine and lawful, and that you make no false, misleading, or guaranteed-outcome claims. We may decline or discontinue serving any category at our discretion.

No circumventing platform rules

You must comply with the policies of any platform where you publish your videos (e.g. YouTube, TikTok, Meta, LinkedIn), including any requirement to disclose that content is AI-generated. You may not use the Service to evade content moderation, advertising review, or account restrictions on any platform.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, remove content, and cooperate with law enforcement. We may use automated and manual review to detect abuse. Reporting a violation or asking a question? Email abuse@videoaistudio.ai or support@videoaistudio.ai.
